A small group wander through Edinburgh with just enough facts to justify going back to the pub, and ticks 'tourism' of the list for your visit.
I’m Daniel, born and raised in Scotland, and Edinburgh is the place I call home. I like showing people the city in a way that feels relaxed, funny, and memorable—more like wandering with a friend than following a script.
Expect some sarcasm, plenty of laughs, and a few wee facts you’ll actually remember.
We'll meet at the “Centre of Edinburgh” bollard. Then head up Calton Hill for views over the city (unless it's raining, which it probably will be), see some half-finished monuments and hear a few facts worth remembering. From there, we'll cut through the Old Town, the Royal Mile, and the Grassmarket, with a few pints (or coffee) along the way.
Disclaimer: If you’re after exact dates, long timelines, and flawless historical accuracy, I’m not the Dan for you. There are tours that’ll give you that. This one’s for a laugh, a wander, a pint, and just enough history to tick the tourism box.
